Mary Dunaway:
Growing up in Harrison, Ohio, Mary has been an athlete and
fitness enthusiast from early on. Influenced by her father, she developed a
passion for strength training & conditioning at 15 to enhance her skills as an
elite softball player.
After attending Morehead State University, Mary put
her Physical Education and Health studies to work teaching group
exercise and personal training for the past 8 years. Her creative
programming, dedication to clients and enthusiasm is apparent as
she leads one-on-one training clients and
Total Fitness Makeover participants through fun
routines to achieve their highest level of fitness. Mary takes a
sincere interest and great care in working with clients and is
always mixing in new routines to make fitness fun!
In her free time Mary spends time with
her husband (and high school sweet heart), Brian, and her two boys (Noah
and Seth) playing flag football and baseball. They also enjoy
hanging out and watching movies from home.
