Q: How long is each session?

A: The TFM small group sessions last one full hour and blend strength, cardio, palates, yoga, fitness boot camp, functional and core training and lots more.   Your trainer will guide you through each move, making sure your form is correct.

Q: What should I wear?

A: Most clients train in a pair of shorts and a t-shirt. Some wear sweats. It doesn't matter as long as you feel comfortable and can move easily.
